Well made dress and really pretty

I order the blue print, and I soooo wanted this to work for me because it is a lovely dress (and lined). Even though I'm 5'8" and 149 lbs., I'm small boned, and sometimes overly busy prints overwhelm my frame. I think it was the combination of the print, the ruffled straps and the tiered skirt that just made it too much dress for me. That said, the medium fit perfectly, it just didn't suit me.

When I wear this dress, I feel like I should be at a garden party in a historical romance. "Why yes, my lord, I will allow you to show me about the grounds." I bought it in an XS, and it fits my frame well (5'5", 118 pounds, 34B, 27 inch waist, 35 inch hips).
