Cute dress that was sent clearly worn

I received my dress without tags, wrinkled at the bodice. It had been worn, covered in perfume and food stains. There’s no way the associate who packed this didn’t notice — it’s clearly used. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting to send a customer a pre-worn item. To make matters worse, it took 10 days to arrive, so I can’t exchange it in time for the event I ordered it for. I hope your team makes this right and doesn't think I wore this! Otherwise, it would have been a cute dress if it arrived new and clean.
