Runs Small and Tight Especially the Pants

Just purchased this for my son who normally wears size 10. I purchased this in size 12. The jacket fits him well, but the pants were too tight around the hips and legs. My son is not husky, but he's not lanky either. We had a tailor let it out as much as possible. We will probably only get a few wears out of this. I think the suit jacket and pants ought to be sold separately in order to mix and match sizes.
