Huge disappointment

After many great Anolon pans, this was a huge disappointment. I bought a small frying pan for frying eggs and the hybrid stainless steel / non stick sticks every time, unless you use huge amounts of oil. Avoid.

Great pan

Great pan. The ease of clean up is great. We have put it through the dish washer. Easy to use.

These pans are incredible!!

The pans are as functional as they are beautiful. I have the 11 piece Ceramic and Stainless Steel nonstick. They are the Anolon Everlast high performance nonstick. They are wonderful!!!

Getting used to cooking with them

So far so good. I’ve made chicken, pork loin and steak. All have come out great. Waiting for them to heat up before using a little longer is taking some getting used to. Searing great, makes great crust on steak.
