Great on Induction
I have been using this pan for a few months now. This pan is very good at developing and distributing heat over Induction. The heat spreads up to the rim and has enough mass to keep the heat. I was able to do a batch of pancakes and each set came out uniform without the cycles of batter cooling the pan. The lid fits well, however sometimes the heat creeps into the helper handle enough that I need to use a pot holder.

Highly recommend. The best skillet we've ever had
We purched our 2nd set of Analon pans a few years ago, which was not as heavy and thick as our first set. I preferred the first. But when the skillet finally wore out I replaced it by trying 2 other brands that I found were very inferior. So I decided to go a step up and pay a little more for this one. Best decision for sure. It's so well made. Well worth spending the extra money and it was on a good sale. Should last us for many years!

Used the fry pan for a week.
I loved how the heat was distributed evenly and my chicken cutlets browned up nicely on bitht sides. I also make corn fritters for Sunday brunch, they also fried up evenly. One thing that was also good was that the few fritters that I flipped fell back into the pan with part of the fritter being up the sides of the pan & they even cooked evenly! Great product!
