Poor shipping service

I received my order in a million pieces. I would think that the shipping department would handle items like this in a much better manner.

Beautiful for entertaining

I have been eyeing this for a long time and decided to purchase with Christmas promo. It is so pretty and I have used so much from displaying cakes to quiche and cookies. It came quickly and in perfect condition but I’m not sure how as it was free-floating in just bubble wrap. Anyway it is in tact, beautiful, and useful.

Looks broken, old, and cheap

There are scratches on all the ruffles, the glass looks dirty, and the platinum looks cheap - maybe that's the look they're going for...
