Beautiful piece, great service and warrantee

This has become one of my favorite, most-worn necklaces. I love the long length and chain adjustability. I had it for about 1-1/2 years when I noticed some loss of the gold finish. I sent photos and made a claim, and Ana Luisa backed it up! They sent me a new one without any hassles. Very pleased with their guarantee and service.

pretty nacklace but bad packaging for gift

Necklace is pretty but packaging was not what I was told. I upgraded to the gift box and gift message. Neither of those were included. The recipient got it without having any idea it was a gift or who it was from.

Beautiful necklace.

This is elegant and light weight, exactly what I was looking for. It has the added bonus of having options for the clasp that allow you to choose different lengths for the chain.

Shiny, bright & beautiful

I love this unique and versatile piece. The size, weight, and length of the necklace make it look and feel substantial.
