Sizing issues

Normally a size 8, ordered a 10 and couldn't close the zipper. The top-half: fabric draping is beautifully done, but the bust area was very small. The lower half: very large (esp compared to the bust) and poorly sewn along the hips, resulting in lots of puckering.
