Sizing and quality issues

I really wanted to love this sweater. Unfortunately, the fit was really weird. It was tight across the chest and super cropped. Shorter than it looks on the model. The back has darts one of which was which was missing (damaged) when it came. It is an expensive sweater and was not welll packaged/wrapped when sent.
