How To Use It

Beats Mason Pearson fer sher

I got it, keeping it. The price-! OOMF. But this is the going rate for luxury brushes I guess. If you’re in, you’re in. There really is a profound difference. I’m a Mason-Pearson girl by history, and this one is better. Better penetration, thicker bristles, nice, balanced, solid olive wood handle. I struggled, because I have medium-to-thick hair, so I didn’t know which model to go with. I went with this one because it appeared to have more bristles, and my hair is very straight, so doesn’t tangle much. This seems to make my hair thicker, so I don’t know whether I made a mistake. It’s great. Feels nice and balanced in the hand. Almost, almost travel sized… not large, I was surprised. The box was a nice touch but a little plasticky, I would have preferred solid wood. When you do the 100 strokes as directed, your whole scalp tingles. I can e see how this may promote growth and oil distribution.

Gentle on hair

I do like this brush a lot. It definitely does make my hair look more shiny and soft. But I wish It would grab more hair. I alternate between my Maison Pearson Brush and this one. As the Maison Pearson grabs more hair and I have long hair. I still do like this one though, feels more gentle on my knots than the MP brush. I just wish it wasnt so expensive. $400 dollars for this brush just doesnt seem right.

Although it is a bit of an investment, the results speak for themselves—it’s absolutely worth it!
