Beware! "New Formulation" noticeably lackluster

If you have loved this product in the past, I'm not sure you will love it any more. I loved how nourished and polished my hair felt after applying a pea-sized amount as directed after blow drying my hair. It restored a healthy shine and gave my hairstyle a gentle shaping hold as well. I noticed that that the product had new packaging but couldn't wait to have more of this amazing stuff. Unfortunately, the product has been reformulated, and my hair no longer gets that healthy, nourished shine that I loved. It's amazing how much of a difference deleting a couple of ingredients makes. This is an expensive disappointment

Makes my hair smooth and soft

I absolutely LOVE this stuff! I wasn't very excited because I know my hair usually feels greasy as soon as I use any kind of frizz control. I tried this a few times and it doesn't make my hair feel greasy. It's amazing! My hair is soft and smooth and has the perfect amount of shine. I feel like it helps my hair dry faster, too. I have even begin using just a dab on my daughter's hair, and it makes drying time go a lot quicker for her, too.

Very disappointed

I absolutely love the Alterna hair products but this one I was very disappointed in, it did not do anything for my very frizzy curly unruly hair when I blow dried it. It looked nice when I was done bowing out my hair but the minute I went outside my hair just curled right back up and was more frizzy.

Really nice

This stuff works very well. It does leave my hands feeling a little oily after but I just wash my hands and call it a day. I have super frizzy hair and it's worked pretty well to control that when I use it with my blow dryer. So its nice.

Awesome!

I didn’t know how well this would work to tame my hair. It works wonderful. The small amount you put on your hand and rub together goes a long way!! Non greasy and it is really like butter! Makes my hair all silky smooth and no frizz!
