Weary of ordering on Bloomingdale’s website

I have ordered twice from Bloomingdale’s online two orders have arrived with missing components. This dress arrived with only the sweater and the dress missing. I ordered Petite Plum PJs and the top was missing? Is this some type of scam happening in the distribution center?

Pleating was different sizes. Theres a seam along one of the pleats that is not flattering. They have others that are similar and better. Returned!

Great Dress and Sweater set
