Coat stolen during shipping

I had the All Saints Balvern shipped to Fashion Valley Bloomingdales store in San Diego.The coat was missing and replaced by 5 Hebrew Bibles! BLOOMINGDALES CUSTOMER SERVICE helped.

Fits small

Despite having multiple hardwares, the jacket is not heavy at all. Leather is supple and sewing is good. One star off because sizing is off. I’m usually a size US0. On rare occasions, a size US2. I bought a US2 as most reviews mentioned that it fits on the small side. However, I’m going exchange to a US4 because the shoulders are a bit tight. I want the fit that looks on the model, that is kinda boxy and structured.

NEVER IN LIFE

Please do not waste your time. I went to pick this jacket up at Bloomingdales and I returned it the exact same minute it came out the bag. It looks so fake, paying that much money to get a black hefty bag is diabolical. Doesn't look nothing like picture advertised.
