Uneven bottom?
I’m not sure if it my burners or not but this pan does not sit level in the least. None of the burners and this is the only pan I own that does that.

Very nice skillets!
Very pleased with my purchase so far. I replaced my old, smelly gas stove with an induction range, so I needed cookware to replace my hard anodized Calphalon. So far, they have performed to my expectations. Time will tell, as they will be used daily.

Non-teflon pan hard to cook on
It’s very hard to cook food without it sticking to the pan, regardless of how much oil or lower temps. Went without non-stick because the coating breaks down and don’t want to be eating it! So, it’s quite frustrating!!

Pros and cons of this 8 inch pan
Pros: of this fry pan are I cooked grilled sandwiches and vegetables to my satisfaction. I have even put water in the pan, placed frozen food in their storage containers, and turned on the burners to medium heat to defrost the contents enough to be able remove from the containers. Cons: stains seem to stay on the pan despite using Bar Keepers Friend and a non scratching pad.

Glad we made the switch!
We are so glad we made the switch to all clad from non-stick pans. We had been debating for like a year on when we would make the switch. We finally made the switch and we couldn't be more pleased.

Hight quality pan
Excellent pan for induction, gas or electricity. Balanced in weight, goes from stove top to the oven for your restaurant quality cooking. Can't beat this sale price.
