Perfect Size
This fits the large burner on our induction cooktop perfectly and is exactly the size that I wanted for large batches of soups and stews, as well as jam and jelly making. Just made my first batch of jelly and it worked beautifully. It held a double batch with plenty of room to spare, and no scalding on the bottom of the pot. I don't have an induction compatible canner and it doubled well for this purpose. Very pleased with this pot's performance, With the cooler weather coming and winter just around the corner it will be getting lots of use.

Great pan
Love this pan, it's heavy and well made and the 4th Al-clad I've bought. I will never cook with another brand and highly recommend this pan.

All Clad Forever
All Clad The Best As always !! This pan, besides lasting eternally, has the best heat distribution and perfect cooking balance to avoid hot spots and burning. This extremely easy cleaning pan is super ample for a great fall and winter soups, chili or any stew and is lightweight and stays beautifully shimmered after putting it on the dishwasher.

First use fail
Disappointed after first use. I poached chicken breasts in the 6 qt D3 pot on medium heat and the pan cleaned very poorly. It has stains and rainbow marks all over the inside on the bottom.

Response from allclad.com
Hi Taylor! Based on the image provided, it appears that the metal is reacting to the heat. Typically wiping the surface with regular vinegar should clear this up, we also recommend using Bar Keepers Friend. For more tips, you can also visit https://www.all-clad.com/care-use Remember that to ensure your cookware remains in good condition it must be used in medium-low heat.
