I don’t recommend this expensive product

First use making eggs and It burns really easy and is very sticky with sauces. We only used it for a few days and this is what happened!? Why are the pans changing colours?

ALL-CLAD WARRANTY IS A BIG LIE

This ONE STAR is for All-Clad. Pease don't believe their warranty. My 10pcs D5 set was delivered by Bloomingdale, it was shipped inside another box. It arrived in great condition, but upon unboxing it, i discovered the 3qt sauce pan was damaged at the rim. I must add that this is clearly the quality assurance issue from All-Clad because all the box was delivered in great condition with all the original padding inside intact. I contact All-Clad, they refused to receive the sauce pan back and send me a replacement. They told me to return it to Bloomingdale which I told them i already throw away the box because i trust their warranty. This is brand new item so I trust that they will stand behind their product. They said this is not manufacturer defect so they arent doing anything. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS MANUFACTURER. This is brand new and they don't even honor their warranty, imagine if you submit a warranty for a used product. Nothing that they will do for you. I spent almost $1000 for this set and got big disappointment. I have to give 5-STAR TO BLOOMINGDALE. Bloomingdale was the best for resolving my issue

VERY DISAPPOINTED

Got this set because I love All Clad but extremely disappointed with this set First used with frying and look at how the pan got discolored I tried everything to get it back n it’s not coming off

Handles are NOT comfortable or ergonomic

I requested this set for Christmas, but unfortunately, I didn’t try them out beforehand. While the weight is heavier than I expected (which is on me), the biggest issue is the handles. They are very long and quite uncomfortable to hold, especially when combined with the weight of the pan and the food inside. For the price point, I expected these to be ergonomic and comfortable to use, but unfortunately, that’s not the case. Additionally, I noticed that the tops of the pans have micro-scratches all over them, which I’m not sure is normal. That said, the pans do heat evenly and work as expected, aside from the concerns I’ve mentioned.

Don’t buy from Bloomingdale’s

Order and received. Upon opening a few of the pans had the paper that protects the handle removed. It was tightly and neatly secured to others so it did not happen in shipping. These same pans had lots of scratches. I believe they sent me an open box or store demo unit. After chatting with them they offered to send a replacement to which I said okay. While processing the replacement the agent refunded my order without asking me. I explained that I used a promotional cashback that was significant and I won’t be able to get it again if I re-order. Still trying to get them to do something to help, because I never asked for them to refund the order, just replace.
