Very efficient and even heating

I can cook at lower temperatures than previously and still cook foods in the same amount of time. The surface heats very evenly without spots where food sticks or burns.

the worce expensive purchase

I am cooking for over 25 years everyday and i never had bad experience like today after first time use Qll clad copper acore 5-ply. This set has a beautiful appearance and if it is heated enough, the food will not stick to it. However, it is not resistant to acidic foods at all, and on the first day of use, metal corrosion spots have occurred due to acidic foods. I used the all clad steel spoons, and the first time I used them, they got deep scratches, and the outer surface was scratched by being placed on the stove. Considering the price, it is not a durable product that can be used for daily use. I am so impressed Materials is much more worce for this price and material isn't good as you think . Basically stanles still must be resistant to acidic substances such as lemon juice and tomato paste. Check video and picture on attached

Great quality.

I’ve had this cookware for over twenty years. I love it, continue collecting pieces for me and as gifts. I love that except for lids , copper core is made in the USA.

expensive pans do not make you a good cook.

I absolutely love the set I bought. 3 years ago. I have added a few extra pieces and love them all. I did add the 8 inchnon stick fry pan for eggs. I use the other fry pans for everything else. NOTHING sticks. For those of you complaining, buying expensive pans will not make you a better cook. Some common sense might.
