I think I received used/altered pants

Cute pants, but I think they were used/altered—I bought originally bought them in a 0, a little too tight and too long, like I’d have to have them hemmed. So I returned and ordered a 2…. The 2 arrived: way too short like somebody hemmed them and returned them. (And it was not a petite 2 that I ordered or received). Super bummed.
