Handle hurts to hold

The handle hurts my hand to hold as a clutch. The bag is also extremely tight, couldn't easily fit my phone and keys. It's beautiful but not practical enough for a $700 bag. I returned.

Wanted to love it but for the leather damage

Beautiful handbag, and it seems the distressed gold leather is not distressed properly. The one left in the store had darker spots on the back areas, so I requested a fresh one be sent from another store. It arrived perfectly packaged (had not been opened) and this one had major dark marks in the front of the clutch. Returned it and I hope the next one is fine, otherwise I will return. Quality inspections appear to be missing in the manufacturing process?
