Parts required

I got this month and it was working perfectly today i find out his dust cleaning part broken by hit to wall and i am unable to place order of the part in Canada , its only showing me part buying option in USA

Game-changer

I have been impressed with the performance of this vacuum. Through the app you are able to scan the home and specify the area that you want to be vacuumed, as well as program it to start on certain dates/times. The vacuum starts on its own on the specified dates, and once done, it goes back to its charging station. It’s also self emptying the vacuum also has a mopping pad and reservoir for mopping.

Best vacuum mop!

This product was absolutely incredible to try out! I have not a single complaint about this product very durable and cleans up so nicely! It mops squeaky clean! The only downfall and negative review I’d have to say about this product is corners it’s horrible with corners other than that this thing is so convenient and worth every penny!!

Like having a roommate that cleans but never makes a mess.

The performance of this vacuum is great and I can’t complain. Does a great job with cleaning and makes it so I only have to do minor things? It is very quiet and easy to set up. I have it clean while I am sleeping and it doesn’t bother me at all. Also the ease to use the app to run it makes it easy to clean when I’m not home. Can do both dry and wet cleaning to keep the floors looking very clean.

Amazing. It does everything by itself.

I have wanted one of these for a while. Admittedly, I was skeptical. I have been using this Shark Matrix 2-in-1 robot for about 2 weeks now and its AMAZING! I hardly even notice its there. But I definitely notice the difference. Thank you for the opportunity Influenster.

Has potential

I’ll preface this by saying that I am a creature of habit so learning a new product always gives me some trouble. While I fully acknowledge that navigating it will become easier with time, I do feel like getting past the initial kinks was annoying. I found myself comparing it to my previous, very old and one function only robot vacuum- this one does not have a handle to help with moving it and it got stuck trying to return to its dock because it didn’t realize there was a wall in between it and the dock. That being said, I do appreciate the self-emptying feature - while quite loud, it’s a peace of mind for someone who would forget to empty their vacuum and then wonder why it wasn’t working as well. The ability to engage the mopping feature is a plus, and I’m sure will be more helpful once I get the mapping to work correctly.

Best Little Housekeeper

I love my Shark 2-in-1 robot vacuum. It is so easy to fill it up and let it sweep and mop at the same time between my more intensive cleaning sessions to help keep my house maintained throughout busy weeks. The only thing I would change is a way to use just the vacuum feature without having to change the attachment, but I understand that the machine can’t just vacuum with the mop pad intact. Overall, I would definitely recommend!
