Stiff leather

The leather is way too hard and stiff it gave me blisters less than an hour after wearing them. I took them to the cobbler to soften up and they were still painful to wear. I would return if I could.

Items need proper supervision before being shipped

Shoes are stiff especially in the upper area that touches the skin, they came with signs of wear already present: despite this they have a beautiful design.
