Not for me but great for men

This lip balm is quite thin and absorbs quickly, with little to no gloss. It might not suit those who prefer a richer or shinier finish, but it’s ideal for men wanting subtle, low-key hydration without any noticeable shine. My partner loved it but I, not so much

Not great

Aesop products are usually great, but sadly not this one. It's way too thin a formula for a lip salve. The best bit is the fragrance - follows suit with the usual lovely Aesop herby scents. The salve itself doesn't do much at all. It's like applying a standard moisturiser to your lips - sits on top of your skin, doesn't absorb and has disappeared in minutes. can't see it doing anything for chapped lips. Not for me I'm afraid.

Quite like

I have had two of these now. It goes on nicely but doesn’t stay on for very long. I find that if my lips are dry then I need to top up with some good old Vaseline. Regardless, it is a lovely product and makes for a cute little gift. Just make sure that you are using it regularly and with other products

Not Aesop's best

This is a nice product, however does not compare to Aesop's other products, feels much less luxury than the others. It has lovely packaging and is an okay lipbalm, alright for everyday use, smells lovely and tastes fresh but would do little to combat chapped lips, felt like more of a gloss than a healing lip product. It smells great so will continue to use as is nice to apply, but would not repurchase.

Shocked that anyone could like this product.

Worst lip balm I’ve ever used and drys my lips after using. I’m unfortunately having to use it at the moment as I’ve been unable to get my hands on holy grail of lip balms - Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour. This is thr worst present my sister has ever got me.
