Very Elegant

This dress is absolute gorgeousness! I wore it for my graduation and felt like a million bucks. I got so many compliments and it was perfect for the occasion. It does sit tight up top if you have big boobs so try your actual size and a size above. So happy with this purchase.

Cute but not formal

The dress is sturdy and holds it's shape. The zipper is not hidden and is kind of cheap looking. The waist line is high on my rib cage so I'm glad I got a larger size. I normally wear 12 so I bought a 14. This dress needs a lot of improvements to consider this to be formal. Needs a belt or maybe some kind of lace applique or rhinestones added. Bought online and it arrived wrinkled.

Lots of compliments

I bought this in a 10 and 12, wore the 12 with just minor tailoring, to an awards dinner at a castle in France. I received many compliments on the color, the style, and the short train. It was a perfect dress for a semi-formal event in a corporate setting where low necklines and short hemlines are inappropriate. I paired it with a large silk scarf because of the cool evening air. For someone who is sensitive to unflattering, unsmooth waistlines due to one regrettable summer where I ate too much ice cream, this dress was flattering with its slightly higher waist and structured bodice. The neckline was modest, but the unique upper back detail made it modern, not frumpy. For someone who hates shopping, this was a pleasure to find and wear.
