I don’t get it

Guys - this necklace is THE biggest disappointment I’ve had when purchasing a “luxury” item in a very long time. People comment that it’s lightweight as a positive…if you consider light as a feather to be substantial when it comes to gold then I really think we aren’t expecting quality. It’s so light that it looks at feels like an item you could easily purchase for $10 at a street market. It has zero luster. It’s extremely dull. At this price point we should all expect MUCH more from a brand. I can’t put this in the mail to return fast enough
