Wore it once and it broke

Looks very pretty and dainty which is why I bought it. However, it broke the first time I wore it when I was trying to take it off. I wasn’t being rough with it—I have many other gold necklaces so I know to be gentle with such dainty pieces. I took it to a local jeweler but they refused to mend saying that if they try to mend it may damage the beads. I don’t know if Bloomingdale’s will mend, replace or refund it now. Very disappointed. Best to stay away from online shops when buying precious jewelry when customer support for the product is questionable to nonexistent.

LOVE THIS!

At first I thought these were diamonds! Upon closer inspection, I learned these are individual yellow gold, white gold and rose gold faceted beads that spin around as you move. These beads are secured at each end and will not move from the center area, which is fine for me, since I wouldn't want those beads to move around to the back of my neck. There are 24 faceted beads. This is a very delicate necklace and I can wear it every day and I can layer it with other necklaces. I am so pleased with this every day and or special necklace!
