You can download the Bloomingdale’s app from the iTunes store website or visit the Apple App Store and follow the steps below:

  • Select the “Search” tab.
  • Search for “Bloomingdale’s.”
  • Select “Free.”
  • Once the “Free” changes to “Install App,” tap “Install App” and enter your Apple ID password.
  • Click “Ok.”

How do I download the Bloomingdale's mobile app to my Android phone?

We are no longer supporting the Bloomingdale's app on Android. You can still manage your account, pay your credit card, access your wish list and Reward Cards, and shop all the latest styles on our mobile site through your device's web browser.

I do not have a smartphone. Can I still access bloomingdales.com from my mobile device?

Yes. You can access bloomingdales.com from your mobile device if it has internet access.

How do I create a Bloomingdale's account or profile?

Your Bloomingdale’s mobile app user ID and password are the same as the email address and password you use for your bloomingdales.com account. If you do not have an account you can create one by following these steps:

  1. Clicking the 3 lines "hamburger" on the left side and selecting "Sign In".
  2. Click "Create an Account".
  3. Complete all required fields (Passwords must be 7-16 characters and consist of upper/lowercase letters and numbers only, no special characters).
  4. Once you have completed these steps, click "Create Account".
  5. You will see a "Congratulations" message once complete. This will now be your Bloomingdale's Profile.

How do I update or make changes to my Bloomingdale's profile?

You are able to update your name, email, password, birthday, gender, mobile phone number and your address by using the following steps:

  1. From the Bloomingdale's App click the 3 lines "hamburger" on the left side and select "Sign In". (You may already be automatically signed in, if you elected to stay signed in).
  2. Scroll to the bottom and select "My Account", and then "Account Overview".
  3. Scroll down to "My Profile" and tap "View Profile".
  4. From here you can make any necessary updates.
  5. Once the updates have been completed, select "Save".

How do I delete my Bloomingdale's profile?
