WHEN ARE MY PAYMENTS DUE?
The first is due when your order ships; the remaining three payments will be processed every two weeks after that. (Klarna will email you reminders!)

What are the requirements for using Klarna?
- A U.S.-issued debit or credit card
- You’re 18 years of age or older
- A U.S. billing address
- A phone number that receives text messages
The items in your shopping bag must total between $10 and $2,000 to be eligible. Gift Cards cannot be purchased with Klarna.

Can I use my Bloomingdale’s Card on a Klarna purchase?
Klarna purchases can be paid with Bloomingdale’s American Express® Cards but not Bloomingdale’s Credit Cards.

What if I don’t see Klarna at checkout?
If you don’t see Klarna at checkout, the items in your shopping bag aren’t all Klarna-eligible. Make sure your purchase total is between $10 and $2,000. If you have Gift Cards in your bag, your order won’t be eligible for purchase with Klarna. (Try removing those items or choosing another form of payment.)

What happens if my payment is late?
You may be charged a fee of up to $7 if an automatic payment can’t be collected. See terms.

What if I need to make a return?
We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns by mail and in stores within 90 days of purchase for free. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
