Warranty Information Your manufacturer’s warranty information is delivered to you together with your mattress. Bloomingdale’s will work with all manufacturers to facilitate your warranty claim. Floor samples and mattress sets purchased as-is, or for commercial usage or export, are excluded from the manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact your sales professional with any questions you may have regarding your particular warranty.

Protection Plans & Policies

Mattress Comfort Reselection Policy We want you to be perfectly content with your new mattress. If at any time within the first 365 days after your mattress delivery you feel you aren’t satisfied, notify a sales professional and we will issue a credit toward a one-time reselection, minus applicable fees calculated as a percentage of the original price of your mattress. Refer to the table below for a list of reselection fees.

4–6 months after delivery 20% of original purchase price
7–9 months after delivery 30% of original purchase price
10–12 months after delivery 50% of original purchase price

After one year, we will not be able to accept reselections. Delivery charges are not refundable for original purchases and a delivery charge will apply to the reselection. Your sleep should feel like a dream—we’re here to help yours come true.

The Worrynomore® Mattress Protection Plan We offer our customers a 10-Year Accidental Stain Protection Plan,* which covers all stains that occur in the home. If you purchase our plan, you will also receive a mattress pad delivered together with your mattress set. Your mattress and/or BedGuard will be replaced if a covered stain occurs during normal household use. Coverage begins from the day you receive your mattress and BedGuard.

Protection Plan Features
  • Professional in-home stain removal for your mattress should a covered stain occur.
  • If the mattress cannot be cleaned, the mattress will be replaced.
  • The WorryNoMore® Protection Plan helps keep the manufacturer’s warranty on the mattress in effect by keeping the surface clean and sanitary.
  • If covered stains on the Protection Plan Mattress Pad/Protector do not come out in the washing machine or if there is a rip, tear, seam separation or loosening of threads, the Protection Plan Mattress Pad/Protector will be replaced.

The Worrynomore® Adjustable Advantage Plan In addition to all the protection offered in our mattress plan, this plan includes 10-year full replacement protection for adjustable bed bases when purchased as a mattress and adjustable base set, as well as a complimentary waterproof mattress protector.

*Plan covers BedGuard and mattress only. Box spring and adjustable base are excluded unless adjustable base is covered by the Adjustable Advantage Plan.

Note: In the event of a discrepancy between this document and the protection program certificate, the certificate will govern. The WorryNoMore Ultimate Protection Plan does not cover everyday soiling from normal use, accumulation, multiple stains, unidentified stains, spills or damage not attended to properly. Coverage is limited to items identified in certificate. Exclusions apply; refer to your protection program certificate for specific coverage information.

Delivery Information

If your merchandise is in stock, you will be given a delivery date at the time of purchase. If your merchandise is on order we will contact you as soon as it arrives in our warehouse to arrange delivery.

Delivery TIMING On the day prior to delivery, you will receive an automated call with a two-hour time window. You can also log on to for your delivery time window.

Our delivery team will be happy to:
  • Use pads and/or wear protective booties to protect your floors and carpeting
  • Set up your purchase in the desired location
  • Place mattresses on a support system and place a bedskirt if needed
  • Vacuum area after removing your previous mattress
  • Dispose of packing material
On the day of delivery, please:
  • Be available during the delivery time period
  • Plan in advance where you would like to place your purchase
  • Ensure the area is clear and free of fragile or breakable items
Our delivery team cannot:
  • Carry merchandise up more than three flights of stairs
  • Attach headboards, adjustable bases or frames that require modification or alteration
  • Pick up futons or waterbeds as salvage
