Natural Characteristics Just like fingerprints, no two pieces of furniture are alike. Wood knots, mineral streaks and minor scars or blemishes in leather are an integral part of the natural materials that add to the beauty and uniqueness of your furniture.
What if there is a problem? Before furniture leaves our warehouse, it’s prepared for delivery. Occasionally, a piece may arrive with a slight blemish or a piece of hardware missing. While disappointing, in most cases our skilled technician can make an adjustment in your home to solve the problem, or you may choose to receive an exchange within three days of delivery.

Protection Plans & Policies
THE NO-RISK GREAT GIVE BACK There’s no risk! With your purchase of the WORRYNOMORE® Ultimate Protection Plan, you will receive the Great Give Back offer, so if you do not initiate a claim or otherwise obtain service under this Plan during its five-year term, you are eligible to receive a Bloomingdale’s store voucher valued at the original Plan price and redeemable on a furniture, mattress or rug purchase at your nearest Bloomingdale’s. You can obtain your voucher by visiting our website at worrynomore.com or by calling the Service Center and completing the Great Give Back form within ninety (90) days after expiration of the Plan. Your voucher will be mailed to you within thirty (30) days of receipt of your request. The voucher must be used within ninety (90) days of the date mailed. Great Give Back does not apply to mattress protection plans.
Accidents definitely happen, though most of us never expect them to. The WorryNoMore Ultimate Protection Plan will keep your furniture looking its best for a full five years, even when the unexpected occurs.

Delivery Information
If your merchandise is in stock, you will be given a delivery date at the time of purchase. If your merchandise is on order we will contact you as soon as it arrives in our warehouse to arrange delivery.
Delivery Changes If you need to change or schedule your delivery, please visit bloomingdales.com/furnituredelivery. If you notice any errors in your address or phone number, please contact Bloomingdale’s customer service immediately at 1-800-323-7857.
Delivery TIMING On the day prior to delivery, you will receive an automated call with a two-hour time window. You can also log on to bloomingdales.com/furnituredelivery for your delivery time window.
- Use pads and/or wear protective booties to protect your floors and carpeting
- Set up your purchase in the desired location
- Place mattresses on a support system and place a bedskirt if needed
- Vacuum area after removing your previous mattress
- Dispose of packing material
- Be available during the delivery time period
- Plan in advance where you would like to place your purchase
- Ensure the area is clear and free of fragile or breakable items
- Carry merchandise up more than three flights of stairs
- Attach headboards, adjustable bases or frames that require modification or alteration
- Pick up futons or waterbeds as salvage
